At SOB (Strengthen Our Bodies), all of our products are consumable wellness shots and are classified as food and beverage items.

For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

please contact us at Info@Strengthenourbodies.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We will review all claims on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • delays caused by carriers
  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

However, we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are not always able to cancel or modify it due to fast processing times.
